Hail Liberty!

Flapping wings of Freedom?
or Flutter of dying breath?
Far and wide..
A gory crimson sky
shows a Dove withheld

Liberty Crucified!

Retributive justice
Turns trembling palms red
submerges the lifelines
the price of life

Prayers for peace
to die in peace
Untill the eyes open
to hear..
prayers drenched in war cries

Creed Crucified!

A Sojourn through Hell,
An Imagined glimpse of Heaven?
Earthly Path to Paradise
laid with nettles

Faith Crucified!

Bidding adieu to mankind
Shunning its dilapidated life,
the rattle of its pieces
Till someone beckons
To redeem Liberty.
